An Australian job application tool that refuses to make things up

Why we built it

Most people are not bad at their job. They are bad at describing it. A support worker who de-escalates a crisis before morning tea will write "excellent communication skills" and leave the actual work off the page. An offsider with three years on site will forget to list the tickets that decide whether they get called back.

The fix is not more adjectives. It is asking better questions and writing down what the person actually did, in the order an Australian employer reads it.

How we use AI

Every AI request runs on our servers, never in your browser, and no keys or prompts are exposed to the page. The model works from the details you have entered and from the job advertisement you paste. It is instructed, in plain terms, that it must not invent employers, job titles, dates, qualifications, licences, software experience, achievements or numbers.

Everything the model produces is then checked a second time for invented claims, contradictions, repeated wording, keyword stuffing, spelling errors and inconsistent dates. If something is wrong, it is regenerated or flagged for you to look at.

What we will not do

• Write experience, qualifications or licences you did not tell us about.
• Stuff your documents with keywords or hidden text to influence screening software.
• Tell you your application will definitely pass an employer's system.
• Promise interviews, offers or salary outcomes.
• Sell your resume data, or use it to train models without your explicit consent.

Australian by default

Australian English spelling, DD/MM/YYYY dates, Australian phone and address formats, work rights and visa status where relevant, and the tickets, checks and clearances that local employers ask about — White Card, RSA, HR licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, AHPRA registration and the rest.
