Seven steps, plain questions, no invented experience
You answer questions about what you have actually done. We handle the structure, the wording and the formatting, in Australian English.
What we ask you, in order
- Step 1
Personal information
Name, phone, email, suburb, work rights and availability.
- Step 2
Employment history
Employer, title, dates, and what you actually did day to day.
- Step 3
Education
School, TAFE or university, completed or in progress.
- Step 4
Qualifications and licences
White Card, RSA, HR licence, first aid, police and screening checks, with expiry dates.
- Step 5
Skills
Equipment, software, languages and the practical things you can do.
- Step 6
Target role
What you are applying for, so wording and emphasis suit it.
- Step 7
Optional resume upload
Upload a PDF or Word file and we will pull out what we can — then you confirm every field before it is used.
What happens to an uploaded resume
You can upload a PDF or Word document to save yourself the typing. We read out the details we can find and put them in front of you as editable fields.
Nothing extracted is treated as correct until you confirm it. Dates are the most common thing to come across wrong, so check those first.
Before you download
- Every claim is checked against what you entered
- Contradictions and inconsistent dates are flagged
- Repeated wording and keyword stuffing are removed
- Australian spelling is applied throughout
- Anything the AI refused to invent is listed for you to fill in
