How billing works
Paid access is confirmed on our servers against the payment record, not in your browser. If a payment succeeds but your access has not appeared yet, your dashboard will show the payment as processing and the access will be applied as soon as the payment is confirmed.
If a document fails to generate, you can regenerate it at no extra cost. You are never charged twice for the same generation.
You need a JobCraft AU account to pay, so your plan is attached to your profile. Job Search Pro can be cancelled at any time from your plan page, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
